1 1. Features and Scope of Use
This app is designed to provide local audio/video playback, file management, segmentation records, shadowing practice, and import/export capabilities. Users may: - Play and manage local audio/video files - Practice using echo/shadowing and precise listening markers - Record, analyze, and compare pronunciation waveforms - Create and manage category labels and cover images - Back up or migrate files (including segmentation records) This app is intended for personal use and does not provide cloud storage or synchronization.
2 2. User Content and Local Storage
All audio, video, recordings, segmentation markers, and classification information are stored locally on the user's device. The app does not upload or synchronize any content to the developer or third-party servers. Recordings, managed media files, and exported backup packages (including MATE files) remain fully under the user's control. If the user chooses to share them, they must ensure no sensitive or private data is included.
3 3. Recording and Microphone Permissions
Some features—such as echo training, waveform recording, and precise listening markers—require microphone access. Recordings are used only for local practice, analysis, and playback. Recording files are deleted automatically when the user leaves the practice page and are not stored long-term.
4 4. Import and Export Functions
Users may export local files and records for backup or device transfer. If file information (MATE data) is included, ID, filename, and category label information will also be exported. - Enabling “Continue from last position” allows batch export. Records are stored temporarily in the current page and cleared when leaving. - Users should review exported files before sharing to ensure no private information is included.
5 5. Category Management
Users may create categories and assign cover images to better organize audio/video content. - Categories can be ordered during creation or adjusted later. - Categories may be hidden from the main interface without affecting assigned files. - To avoid organizational issues, categories cannot be deleted once created.
6 6. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for all content generated using the app, including recordings, imported media, and exported backup files. Users agree not to use the app for: - Illegal activities - Copyright or privacy violations - Storing or distributing unlawful or inappropriate content

- This app is created and published by an independent developer, who assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the app. - The app is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of continuous availability, functional completeness, or absence of defects.
8 8. Privacy Policy
By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy, including local data storage, microphone usage, and the risks associated with exporting content.
